We strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Eminent Holistics prides itself on high quality service, which includes on-time appointments and providing efficient, one on one sessions and sanitation after EVERY client leaves the room.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that all clients cancel or reschedule a minimum of 48 hours in advance so that your Esthetician/PMU Artist may have another opportunity to schedule another client.

Cancellations and requests for a rescheduled appointment on the same day of your appointment or within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in the charge of a fee of 50% of the price of service(s) scheduled.

Cancellation and “No Show” fees will be charged to the credit card on file. Once the charge goes through. you can then schedule a new appointment with Eminent Holistics. If your card declines, then a hold will be put on your profile in the system until the fee is paid.

In the rare circumstance that a client(s) has two or more “No Shows” with excessive cancellations and/or rescheduling requests, they will no longer be able to book appointments at Eminent Holistics.

By keepings a card on file, reading and understanding the policy you are giving Eminent Holistics permission to charge your card in the event of a late/no show or cancellation.

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that local/freeway traffic can get busy and life can happen. However, if you know that you are going to arrive more than 15 minutes late, please contact the studio.

We will do our best to still accommodate your appointment, within reason. However, you may be asked to reschedule and charged a 30% fee of the original service if there is not ample time.

REFUND & PURCHASING Policy

Eminent Holistics is committed to serving you in the best way possible.

Please note, we DO NOT refund services.

We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Esthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is nearly impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed, not a specific result.

Nonetheless, we always stive to achieve the absolute best results for each person.

STORE PURCHASING & PRODUCT REFUNDS

Professional Product Refund:

It is our mission to provide you with the highest quality of skin care products with your service. Some clients like these products so much they have already purchased them to use them everyday at home. With that, we strive to keep a good inventory.

If you purchase any of our spa products for personal use at home and find them to be defective, we will exchange it within 10 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead, a spa credit will be added to your account for any returned products (not exchanged) and the credit can be used towards any other product.

Gift certificate REFUNDS

Gift certificates have no cash value and expire one year after purchase. Gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable. Only one gift certificate can be used per appointment and cannot be combined with other gift certificates. Gift certificates can be used for services only.

Eminent Holistics is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

Please bring your physical gift certificate to the appointment you wish to redeem it with.
